What You’ll Do

  • Perform general messenger and delivery services across the office.
  • Sort and arrange correspondences in the registry to maintain order and efficiency.
  • Collect submissions and documents from the assigned office for timely processing.
  • Capture invoices on the system to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Record outgoing deliveries in the delivery book/register for accountability.
  • Sort mail, files, documents, and parcels for efficient distribution.
  • Deliver various items to designated recipients within the office and ensure they sign for receipt.
  • Support general office tasks, including making copies and faxing documents.
  • Assist with administrative support and maintain the security profile of the office.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of Grade 10 is required.
  • Basic knowledge of Minimum Information Security Standards (MISS) Act, literacy, and numeracy.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal relations and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of the Reapatala system and new filing systems is an added advantage.
  • Personal attributes include being hard-working, trustworthy, punctual, accurate, polite, and helpful.
  • Willingness to adapt work schedules according to office requirements.
