What You’ll Do
- Provide capacity building and support services for the National Rural Youth Service Corps (NARYSEC).
- Facilitate community development projects and youth programmes.
- Coordinate the implementation of land acquisition projects and proposals.
- Promote rural business development and facilitate financing for rural enterprises.
- Manage the development of business plans for agrarian projects.
- Implement land rights and tenure reform programmes.
- Facilitate land dispute resolutions and support communal property institutions.
- Provide legal and financial support services to stakeholders.
- Administer property leases and manage property holdings.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 Certificate and a Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Public Management, or Community Development.
- At least 5 years of experience in middle or senior management roles, with a strong focus on project management.
- A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project management and corporate governance principles.
- Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
