What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the execution and compliance of strategic planning processes.
  • Coordinate the development of Strategic Plans and Annual Performance Plans.
  • Facilitate strategic planning engagements for the development of the Annual Performance Plan.
  • Monitor performance on a quarterly and annual basis, compiling necessary reports.
  • Manage the collection of inputs for various reporting processes, including GBVF and audit matrix reports.
  • Ensure quality assurance of performance information before presentation to key stakeholders.
  • Interact with Budget Office and HR to align operational plans with resource plans.
  • Organize and lead quarterly performance review sessions.

What You’ll Need

  • A Senior Certificate plus an appropriate degree or equivalent (NQF level 7) in Social or Public Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ middle/senior managerial experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proven client orientation and customer focus.
  • High levels of honesty and integrity.
  • Expertise in financial management and strategic planning principles.
  • Knowledge of public service regulatory frameworks and monitoring methods.
