What You’ll Do

  • Manage human resource management services for the Compensation Fund.
  • Oversee the implementation of performance management strategies and employee training programs.

  • Supervise HR administration activities across various provinces.
  • Manage resources effectively within the Directorate to achieve departmental objectives.

What You’ll Need

  • An undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 7) in Human Resources Management or a related field as recognized by SAQA.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience at a middle or senior managerial level in human resource management or related areas.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and HR practices, including the Labour Relations Act and the Public Finance Management Act.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills, with a focus on client orientation and customer service.

Requirements
