What You’ll Do
- Plan, organise, and control people management data and HR information systems.
- Develop and report on key HR metrics, including quarterly and annual reports.
- Provide operational support for HR information technology needs and training.
- Manage the development and dissemination of HR policies and guidelines.
- Oversee the establishment and functioning of the Employment Equity Consultative Forum.
- Participate in the recruitment and performance management of team members.
- Ensure adherence to financial management principles and adherence to the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA).
What You’ll Need
- A National Senior Certificate or equivalent, along with a relevant three-year post-school qualification.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in middle management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, people policy processes, and relevant legislation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication capabilities.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and the ability to work with various HR systems.
