What You’ll Do
- Provide organisational design and establishment services aligned with departmental strategic objectives.
- Facilitate the review and alignment of the organisational structure, ensuring stakeholder sign-off.
- Develop and review job descriptions, overseeing a comprehensive database.
- Manage job evaluation services, prioritising jobs for evaluation and conducting assessments.
- Conduct quality assurance on job evaluation outcomes and oversee updates to the Job Evaluation register.
- Identify, update, and develop business processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain databases for business processes and SOPs to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
What You’ll Need
- A National Diploma in Management Services, Organisation and Work Study, Operations Management, Production Management, or Industrial and Organisational Psychology.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience at a junior management level in Organisational Development.
- Proficiency in job evaluation services, including identification and prioritisation of jobs for evaluation.
- Strong computer literacy and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Skills in problem-solving, interpersonal relations, report writing, presentation, and facilitation.
- Capability in project management and operational planning, along with analytical and influencing skills.

Job Duties
Provide organisational design and establishment services: Review, align and develop the organisational structure based on Departmental strategic objectives and mandates.Facilitate process of obtaining sign-off of reviewed / aligned organisational structure.
Provide job description services: Identify job description to be developed and reviewed.
Facilitate the development and the review of the identified job descriptions.
Obtain sing-off.
Oversee job descriptions database.
Provide job evaluation services: Identify and prioritise jobs to be evaluated.
Manage and conduct job evaluation of identified and prioritized jobs.
Conduct quality assurance on preliminary job evaluation outcomes.
Panel job evaluation results.
Oversee updating of JE register in line with approved JE results.
Provide business process management services: Identify and update current processes.
Develop new business processes.
Identify and update current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Develop new SOPs.
Manage the business process and SOPs databases.
