What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and monitor the development of organisational structures aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Develop, implement and maintain policies related to job evaluation and productivity.
  • Facilitate and manage business process re-engineering initiatives, including Business Process Mapping and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Oversee job evaluation processes and ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Advise on and assist with the creation of job descriptions within the department.
  • Manage resources effectively to achieve departmental objectives.

What You’ll Need

  • A Senior Certificate and a Degree in Organisational Development or Business Administration with an OD focus recognized by SAQA.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an organisational development environment, with at least 3 years at an ASD level.
  • Certificates in Business Process Mapping, Job Analyst, and Job Evaluation Panelist are required.
  • A valid driver’s license is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, legislation, and policies related to job evaluation and organisational design.
  • Proficiency in Org-Plus/Visio and familiarity with the Job Evaluation System.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
