What You’ll Do

  • Manage the service delivery objectives in line with departmental mandates.
  • Represent the Department in key stakeholder forums and interdepartmental structures.
  • Implement and oversee service delivery improvement initiatives.
  • Manage all resources of the Labour Centre to ensure effective operations.
  • Engage with municipalities and community organizations to enhance service delivery.

What You’ll Need

  • A National Diploma (NQF6) or Undergraduate Bachelor’s degree (NQF7) in relevant fields such as Financial Management, Human Resource Management, or Public Administration.
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in a labour market operations or service delivery environment, with at least two years at an Assistant Director level.
  • Strong knowledge of Public Finance Management Act, Labour Legislations, and departmental policies.
  • Excellent management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability in project management and service delivery improvement.
