What You’ll Do

• Manage and coordinate education resource planning and management services within the Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF)
• Oversee the performance of works inspections to ensure compliance and quality standards
• Lead the strategic development and operation of education management information systems
• Collect and provision education data at the district level to inform decision-making
• Establish, support, and maintain efficient ICT systems throughout the district

What You’ll Need

• An undergraduate qualification (NQF 7/6) recognized by SAQA or equivalent
• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar field
• In-depth knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act and Treasury Regulations
• Proficient understanding of education and training management information systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with good presentation abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to work under pressure
• Proven management skills with a focus on high-level liaison and client orientation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Extensive computer skills and a valid driver’s license
