What You’ll Do
- Manage all aspects of Human Resources Management, including Labour Relations and Human Resource Development.
- Oversee the strategic, operational, and financial management of support services such as waste management, food services, and transport.
- Lead the strategic management of technical services, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
- Provide leadership as a member of the senior management team, driving initiatives that enhance hospital operations.
- Collaborate with various departments to implement effective Human Resource Management policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment through strong communication and conflict management skills.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of a 3-year National Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
- Extensive experience in Human Resource Management and Facility Management in a hospital setting.
- Proven managerial experience with strong leadership and strategic operational skills.
- A valid Code B/EB driver’s license.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficient in conflict management.
- Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office, with the ability to analyze statistical and financial information effectively.
