What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need
- A Senior Certificate and a B-Degree or Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field (NQF Level 7).
- PERSAL certification.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in a human resource administration environment, with at least 3 years at an Assistant Director level.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Extensive knowledge of HR processes, policies, and PERSAL system operations.
- Strong skills in people management, financial management, problem-solving, planning, and communication.
- Capable of report writing, leadership, and organizational planning.
