What You’ll Do

  • Conduct and manage PERSAL Training throughout Limpopo Province.
  • Perform quality assurance during regional training sessions.
  • Analyze feedback from training questionnaires and compile comprehensive reports.
  • Clarify financial systems training information with team members.
  • Oversee financial systems training at National Treasury for courses not offered in Limpopo.
  • Engage in various Financial Management System forums.
  • Develop training schedules in collaboration with stakeholders and submit for approval.
  • Distribute training schedules to departmental CFOs and system controllers.
  • Monitor and visit training centers, addressing any challenges that arise.
  • Supervise Assistant Directors and trainers, ensuring adherence to training standards.
  • Manage data and compile reports in MS-Excel as required.

What You’ll Need

  • NQF level 7 qualification in Financial Management or Public Finance recognized by SAQA.
  • At least five years of experience in financial management, including three years at a junior managerial level or as an Assistant Director.
  • A valid driver’s license (exemptions for persons with disabilities).
  • Strong knowledge of Public Finance Management Act, Treasury Regulations, and related frameworks.
  • Proficiency in computer operations and data management.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
