What You’ll Do
- Develop and review prescripts related to disability management within the public service.
- Conduct research to inform the development of effective policies and practices.
- Provide implementation support to national and provincial departments and relevant entities.
- Offer technical support and capacity building, ensuring stakeholders are informed and equipped.
- Monitor the implementation and compliance of disability management initiatives across the public service.
- Evaluate and conduct impact studies to assess the effectiveness of disability management policies.
What You’ll Need
- A Senior Certificate and a minimum qualification at NQF Level 7 in relevant fields such as Public Administration or Human Resource Management.
- At least 8 years of experience in a Disability Management Environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of public service policy frameworks and relevant legislative environments.
- Strong research, analytical, and policy development skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in monitoring and evaluation, project management, and governance compliance.
