What You’ll Do
- Manage the implementation of advocacy programs aimed at enhancing stakeholder relations.
- Oversee stakeholder engagement initiatives to foster collaboration and support.
- Facilitate capacity development programs for inspectors across provinces.
- Implement the National Minimum Wage regulations both nationally and provincially.
- Effectively manage resources within the unit to ensure optimal operations.
What You’ll Need
- A National Diploma (NQF6) or Bachelor’s Degree (NQF7) in Labour Law, BCOM Law, or LLB.
- A valid driver’s license.
- A minimum of four years’ experience in a legal, compliance, inspections, or enforcement services environment.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations such as the Public Service Act and the Skills Development Act.
- Excellent skills in facilitation, planning, organizing, and problem-solving, along with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
