What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative support to the Chief Operations Officer and the Management Committee (MANCO).
  • Develop and maintain an integrated governance calendar, covering all relevant meetings and engagements.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, setting agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking resolutions.
  • Support bilateral engagements with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and follow up on action items from meetings, escalating unresolved issues to the COO.
  • Manage submissions and correspondence, ensuring compliance with defined standards.
  • Administer the Integrated Document Management System to track all incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Compile quarterly reports on submissions processed and turnaround performance.
  • Assist with financial management and budget control related to operational activities.

What You’ll Need

  • A Senior Certificate along with a relevant Bachelor’s Degree or qualification at NQF level 6.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of middle management experience, preferably in an administrative role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and knowledge of public service regulations.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and confidentiality.
