What You’ll Do

  • Provide Local Area Network (LAN) and Desktop Support services to all users
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
  • Perform hardware and software maintenance as needed
  • Maintain security and compliance for server and network systems
  • Support project initiatives and contribute to team objectives
  • Assist in network and systems administration tasks

What You’ll Need

  • A Senior Certificate / Grade 12 plus a National Diploma or Degree (NQF Level 6/7) in Information Technology as recognized by SAQA
  • ITIL Foundation certification (ITIL Intermediate or Expert preferred)
  • At least three years of experience in IT service management or LAN & Desktop Support
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks, tools, and methodologies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s licence and experience with service management platforms (e.g., Service Now, Any Desk, BMC Remedy)
