What You’ll Do

  • Manage criminal investigation processes, including drafting and issuing legally defensible notices.
  • Oversee administrative enforcement processes and legal correspondence.
  • Develop and implement compliance promotion and awareness programs.
  • Manage related administrative functions to support compliance efforts.

What You’ll Need

  • An appropriate Honours Degree in Environmental Management, Environmental Law, or a Natural Science field.
  • A minimum of 6 years’ experience in Environmental Management, with at least 3 years as an Environmental Management Inspector (EMI).
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Strong knowledge of Environmental Legislation, including NEMA and specific environmental management acts.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, report writing, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
