What You’ll Do
- Assist employees with queries related to the Employment Equity Online Reporting System.
- Prepare the Employment Equity Public Register for publication.
- Process and manage postal and electronic correspondence received by the Employment Equity Registry.
- Provide administrative support to the Employment Equity Registry to ensure efficient operations.
What You’ll Need
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Labour Relations, Human Resource Management, Public Management, or Public Administration (3 years).
- At least 2 years of functional experience in Labour Relations, Human Resource Management, Business Management, or Public Management.
- Knowledge of the Employment Equity Act and its regulations, especially concerning EE reporting forms.
- Familiarity with IT systems, particularly the Employment Equity Online Reporting System.
- Understanding of departmental policies and the Public Finance Management Act.
- Strong computer literacy and data capturing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with good interpersonal relations.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
