#### Key Responsibilities
– Monitor drivers’ adherence to planned routes using the Daily Route Management system.
– Track unauthorized stops, speeding, excessive idling, and other driving behaviors.
– Escalate incidents to relevant managers and ensure compliance with route sequences.
– Assist with vehicle-to-route allocations and manage route allocation handovers.
– Extract and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Project Manager.

#### Requirements/Qualifications
– Must be between 18 and 33 years old.
– Possess a Grade 12/Matric qualification.
– Currently unemployed and have not participated in a learnership with another organization.

#### Benefits
Participants will receive 12 months of practical workplace experience, gaining insights into route management, transport monitoring, and team-based operations within Clover’s distribution environment.
