What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of fleet vehicles.
• Monitor and record daily kilometers for fleet vehicles before and after trips.
• Authorize trip itineraries and ensure proper trip documentation.
• Certify invoices for processing monthly payments related to transport services.
• Maintain accurate records of driver’s licenses and trip authorizations.
• Ensure timely service and maintenance of vehicles while addressing traffic fines.
• Conduct pre-and-post inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.
• Supervise drivers to ensure adherence to transport policies and road regulations.
• Provide general administrative support and maintain a proper filing system.
• Manage staff leave, performance agreements, and work plans as directed by supervisors.

What You’ll Need

• An appropriate bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Transport Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a fleet management environment.
• At least 2 years’ relevant supervisory experience in transport management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of policies related to PFMA and Treasury Regulations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills, with the ability to work both independently and in teams.
• A valid driver’s license is essential.
