What You’ll Do

• Manage clinical comprehensive health services at the facility.
• Plan and implement health promotion and prevention activities in the community.
• Establish links with community structures and non-profit organizations.
• Collect health data and prepare reports for local health initiatives.
• Provide primary health care services to the surrounding communities.
• Assist in managing human resources, finance, and health support services.
• Oversee infrastructure and equipment management within the clinic.

What You’ll Need

• Basic R425 qualification (diploma/degree in nursing) or equivalent, allowing registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse.
• A post-basic nursing qualification in Clinical Nursing Science or a four-year Bachelor Degree in Nursing, with SANC registration.
• Grade 1: Minimum of 4 years’ experience in general nursing after registration with SANC.
• Grade 2: Minimum of 14 years’ experience in nursing, with at least 10 years in a relevant specialty.
• Valid driver’s license (Code B/EB) and willingness to travel.
• Excellent communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
• NIMART training or experience is preferred.
