What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of a Grade 12 qualification.
  • No prior experience is required for this position.
  • Knowledge of relevant Labour Legislations and Regulations.
  • Understanding of Public Service Regulations and the Public Service Act.
  • Familiarity with Departmental Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to interpret legislation and resolve problems effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy.
