What You’ll Do
- Provide assistance at the helpdesk as the first point of contact for clients.
- Address and resolve complaints related to IES labour legislation.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the Registration Services.
- Participate in advocacy sessions as needed to educate and inform the community.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of a Grade 12 qualification.
- No prior experience is required for this position.
- Knowledge of relevant Labour Legislations and Regulations.
- Understanding of Public Service Regulations and the Public Service Act.
- Familiarity with Departmental Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including telephone etiquette.
- Ability to interpret legislation and resolve problems effectively.
- Proficiency in computer literacy.
