What You’ll Do

  • Render registration services for work-seekers and learning opportunities on the Employment Services System (ESSA).
  • Refer work seekers to Employment Counselling services to provide tailored support.
  • Provide administrative assistance in placing work seekers into job and learning opportunities.
  • Handle general administrative duties to ensure efficient operations.
  • Participate in advocacy sessions to promote awareness and understanding of employment services.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12/National Senior Certificate is essential.
  • A valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of departmental policies, labour legislation, and the Employment Services Act is required.
  • Strong skills in computer literacy, communication, and interpersonal relations.
  • Ability to solve problems, listen effectively, and demonstrate good telephone etiquette and interviewing skills.
  • Capability to interpret legislation related to employment services.
