What You’ll Do

  • Provide registration services for work-seekers using the Employment Services System of South Africa (ESSA).
  • Facilitate the registration of work and learning opportunities.
  • Refer job seekers to Employment Counselling services for additional support.
  • Offer administrative assistance in placing work seekers in appropriate work and learning opportunities.
  • Perform general administrative duties and participate in advocacy sessions when required.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12/Matric Certificate.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and the ability to interpret information effectively.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations, laws, and departmental policies.
  • Skills in service delivery innovation, stakeholder development, and project planning.
  • Strong people management and facilitation skills.
