What You’ll Do

  • Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, dusting, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing.
  • Manage refuse removal and ensure waste is handled according to safety measures.
  • Clean and maintain toilets, sluices, drains, windows, and walls in the clinic.
  • Assist supervisors with general housekeeping duties and care for cleaning equipment.
  • Participate in in-service training to support service delivery and enhance skills.
  • Rotate between different clinics as needed to meet operational requirements.

What You’ll Need

  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Previous experience as a Cleaner in a healthcare environment.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
  • Capability to work at heights using stepladders when necessary.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Good conflict resolution skills and the ability to work under pressure.
