What You’ll Do
- Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, dusting, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing.
- Manage refuse removal and ensure waste is handled according to safety measures.
- Clean and maintain toilets, sluices, drains, windows, and walls in the clinic.
- Assist supervisors with general housekeeping duties and care for cleaning equipment.
- Participate in in-service training to support service delivery and enhance skills.
- Rotate between different clinics as needed to meet operational requirements.
What You’ll Need
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Previous experience as a Cleaner in a healthcare environment.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
- Capability to work at heights using stepladders when necessary.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently.
- Good conflict resolution skills and the ability to work under pressure.
