What You’ll Do
- Register and acknowledge claims submitted by employers and employees.
- Prepare and process compensation claims benefits accurately.
- Handle claims-related enquiries with professionalism and care.
- Perform administrative duties to support claims processing and management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective claims resolution.
What You’ll Need
- Grade 12 Senior Certificate.
- An undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6) in one of the following fields: Operations Management, Social Science, Public Administration, Business Management, or related areas.
- Familiarity with claims administration and management processes.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation pertaining to claims and workplace safety.
- Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service excellence.

Requirements
Grade 12 Senior Certificate.Undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6) as recognized by SAQA in Operations Management / Social Science / Public Administration / Public Management / Business Management / Business Administration / Administrative Management / Management / Financial Accounting / Cost and Management Accounting / Production Management / Internal Auditing / Human Resources Management / Nursing).

Experience in a claims adjudication / social security / Insurance environment would be advantageous.
