What You’ll Do

• Provide ICT infrastructure and security services for data centre systems and networks.
• Oversee ICT governance and management processes.
• Manage the acquisition, installation, and maintenance of new ICT systems.
• Coordinate and monitor the services of external service providers according to SLAs.
• Ensure user support, systems maintenance, and performance of service levels.
• Manage system security provisions and training for users.
• Lead and monitor the implementation of IT projects.

What You’ll Need

• Senior Certificate / Grade 12.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Information Technology (NQF Level 7) recognized by SAQA.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNP, and Azure/AWS Certified Solutions Architect are highly desirable.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and security, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Deep understanding of IP networking and familiarity with transport networks and core systems.
