What You’ll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and manage health and administrative services at KwaMhlanga Hospital.
• Develop and implement a strategic plan in alignment with national and provincial health objectives.
• Maximize revenue through effective financial management and resource mobilization.
• Ensure optimal facility management and timely maintenance of hospital infrastructure.
• Oversee human resource management, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Implement a fair and transparent procurement process for equipment and supplies.
• Establish community networks and maintain high standards of clinical governance.

What You’ll Need

• An undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 7) in a health-related field recognized by SAQA.
• Registration with the relevant Professional Council and a Degree/Diploma in Health Management.
• A minimum of five years’ experience in a health management service environment.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation including the National Health Act and Public Finance Management Act.
• Competencies in strategic capability, financial management, and people management.
