What You’ll Do
- Plan, coordinate, and manage health and administrative services at KwaMhlanga Hospital.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan in alignment with national and provincial health objectives.
- Maximize revenue through effective financial management and resource mobilization.
- Ensure optimal facility management and timely maintenance of hospital infrastructure.
- Oversee human resource management, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement a fair and transparent procurement process for equipment and supplies.
- Establish community networks and maintain high standards of clinical governance.
What You’ll Need
- An undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 7) in a health-related field recognized by SAQA.
- Registration with the relevant Professional Council and a Degree/Diploma in Health Management.
- A minimum of five years’ experience in a health management service environment.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation including the National Health Act and Public Finance Management Act.
- Competencies in strategic capability, financial management, and people management.
