What You’ll Do
- Provide strategic leadership and direction within the branch, ensuring alignment with departmental goals.
- Oversee the implementation and management of district management services effectively.
- Ensure governance and compliance for Non-Profit Organizations through robust frameworks.
- Facilitate institutional capacity building and support initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with various stakeholders to promote collaborative efforts.
- Manage financial, administrative, and related functions to ensure operational efficiency.
What You’ll Need
- A qualification at NQF level 7 or equivalent in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Management, or Social Work recognized by SAQA.
- At least five years of proven experience at a senior management level.
- Completion of the SMS pre-entry programme is required before appointment.
- A valid motor vehicle driver’s license (with exceptions for persons with disabilities).
- Strong competencies in strategic capability, leadership, and project management.
- Excellent communication, conflict management, and report writing skills.
