What You’ll Do

• Provide strategic leadership and direction within the branch, ensuring alignment with departmental goals.
• Oversee the implementation and management of district management services effectively.
• Ensure governance and compliance for Non-Profit Organizations through robust frameworks.
• Facilitate institutional capacity building and support initiatives to enhance service delivery.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with various stakeholders to promote collaborative efforts.
• Manage financial, administrative, and related functions to ensure operational efficiency.

What You’ll Need

• A qualification at NQF level 7 or equivalent in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Management, or Social Work recognized by SAQA.
• At least five years of proven experience at a senior management level.
• Completion of the SMS pre-entry programme is required before appointment.
• A valid motor vehicle driver’s license (with exceptions for persons with disabilities).
• Strong competencies in strategic capability, leadership, and project management.
• Excellent communication, conflict management, and report writing skills.
