What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need
- An undergraduate qualification (NQF 7) in Business Administration, Public Management, Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Law, Security Management, Labour Relations Management, or equivalent.
- A minimum of five years’ experience in a senior managerial role.
- A valid driver’s license (with exceptions for individuals with disabilities).
- Strong strategic capability and leadership skills.
- Proven experience in programme and project management, change management, and budget management.
- In-depth knowledge of the legislative framework governing the Public Service.
- Proficient computer literacy and problem-solving skills.
