What You’ll Do

  • Manage the operations of the Business Regulation and Governance Chief Directorate.
  • Implement and oversee the Limpopo Business Registration Act (LIBRA).
  • Promote a fair-trading environment within the liquor industry.
  • Supervise all Business Registration centres throughout the province.
  • Ensure compliance with the Limpopo Liquor Act and the Consumer Protection Act.
  • Develop and facilitate policy creation and strategic plans.
  • Coordinate efforts with national and local stakeholders for effective governance.
  • Manage resources efficiently, including financial, human, and physical assets.

What You’ll Need

  • An undergraduate qualification (NQF 7) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • A postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Five years of experience in senior management.
  • A valid driver’s license (unless exempt due to disability).
  • Strong strategic capability and leadership skills.
  • Experience in programme and project management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in policy development and conflict management.
  • Strong administrative and report writing skills.
  • Computer literacy and effective planning abilities.
