What You’ll Do

• Manage the portfolio of civil and structural projects, ensuring timely updates and evaluations
• Prepare and evaluate tender documentation and technical reports
• Oversee contract management and conduct site visits to ensure compliance
• Identify and assess risks during project construction, implementing mitigation strategies
• Maintain effective communication and performance management within your team
• Stay informed of industry advancements and engage in continuous professional development

What You’ll Need

• A Degree (NQF 7) in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience as a registered professional Engineer/Technologist
• Valid driver’s license and compulsory registration with ECSA as a professional Engineer/Technologist
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage performance and develop team members effectively
• Knowledge of the education sector and relevant legislative frameworks
