What You’ll Do

  • Calculate and process salary payments and related claims for examiners and moderators.
  • Manage leave gratuities, severance pay, and service bonuses for employees upon termination.
  • Implement deductions and manage payroll schedules using the PERSAL system.
  • Distribute salary advice and monthly PERSAL reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide professional salary advice to internal and external clients.
  • Perform other related administrative duties as required.

What You’ll Need

  • A Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Salary Management.
  • Experience using the PERSAL and BAS systems.
  • Knowledge of the PFMA and Treasury Regulations.
  • Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential matters discretely.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
  • Computer literacy, particularly in MS Office Programs.
