What You’ll Do

• Implement and oversee Youth Development Programs to foster skills and opportunities for young people.

What You’ll Need

• An NQF level 6 qualification in Development Studies, Public Management, Administration, or Community Development.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the empowerment sector.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software packages.
• A valid driver’s license to facilitate travel for program implementation and stakeholder engagement.
