What You’ll Do

  • Provide general support and manage resources effectively within the unit.

What You’ll Need

  • An undergraduate qualification in Operations Management, Public Management, Business Administration, or related fields at NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience, including two years in a functional operations role and two years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of the Unemployment Insurance Act, Treasury Regulations, and Public Service regulations.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, report writing, time management, communication, customer relations, and supervisory skills.
