What You’ll Do

• Write comprehensive testing documents to ensure software aligns with business needs
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to determine testing functionalities
• Prepare and execute test cases, logging defects during testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Track and ensure resolution of all identified defects
• Carry out regression testing to verify code changes and fixes
• Maintain configuration management documentation for the testing environment
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure the testing environment is set up properly
• Introduce automation tools for testing to enhance efficiency
• Develop and deliver training manuals and sessions for system users

What You’ll Need

• A Grade 12 certificate and a National Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of working experience as a System Developer or System Tester
• Proficiency in web technologies such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, and related tools
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Management skills and experience in business planning and development
