What You’ll Do
- Maintain and implement property payments policies and strategies in line with applicable regulations.
- Oversee the administration of property payments and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
- Manage the Property Asset Register to enhance efficiency and accountability.
- Authorize creditor payments and maintain the accuracy of customer master files.
- Ensure quality assurance for invoices and oversee the submission of supporting documents.
- Monitor property expenditure management systems for effective financial oversight.
- Supervise, train, and develop team members to ensure high standards of service delivery.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of a three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) or a National Diploma in Finance or a related field.
- Relevant experience in financial management and supervisory roles.
- A valid driver’s license and knowledge of the property industry.
- Familiarity with public finance management legislation and procurement regulations.
- Strong report writing, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and budgeting skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
