What You’ll Do
- Facilitate the implementation of the Performance Management and Development System (PMDS) across the department.
- Provide support and guidance on moderation processes to ensure fairness and accuracy.
- Conduct training and development sessions for employees on the PMDS framework.
- Coordinate the implementation of performance rewards to recognize outstanding contributions.
- Manage resources effectively to meet the objectives of the performance management component.
What You’ll Need
- A Senior Certificate, along with a Degree (NQF 7) in Human Resource Management or Public Administration recognized by SAQA.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a PMDS environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of policy analysis, development, and evaluation mechanisms.
- Proficiency in Labour Relations, Transformation, and all relevant legislation related to PMDS.
