What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain organisational structures and organograms.
- Review and analyse norms and standards related to job roles.
- Conduct job evaluations on prioritised positions and provide recommendations.
- Advise on the development and refinement of job descriptions.
- Manage resources effectively to achieve departmental objectives.
What You’ll Need
- A Senior Certificate plus a Degree (NQF 7) in Organisational Development or Business Administration with an OD focus.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Organisational Development environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Relevant certifications, including Business Process Mapping and Job Evaluation training.
- A valid driver’s license and proficiency in relevant HR practices and legislation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
