What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate the provision of UI claims and processing at a Labour Centre.
  • Coordinate the quality assurance of UI applications, registrations, and declarations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide UI services to both walk-in and online customers, enhancing their experience.
  • Manage the administration of governance, compliance, and risk matters related to UI at the Labour Centre.
  • Oversee the management of resources within the Division to ensure optimal functionality.

What You’ll Need

  • An undergraduate qualification in Operations Management, Public Management, Business Administration, or a related field at NQF Level 6 or 7.
  • Four years of experience, including two years in an operations environment and two years in a supervisory role.
  • A valid driver’s license is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Treasury Regulations, Public Service Act, and relevant employment laws.
  • Strong skills in communication, people management, time management, and customer relations.
