What You’ll Do
- Support the management and improvement of infrastructure delivery processes.
- Monitor and oversee the planning of infrastructure portfolios.
- Conduct spatial planning for infrastructure projects.
- Review infrastructure projects and programmes for effective implementation.
- Oversee operations, maintenance, and service delivery in the infrastructure sector.
What You’ll Need
- A 3-year NQF Level 7 qualification in the built environment (e.g., Town and Regional Planning, Architecture, or Land Surveying) with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) as a major.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a GIS environment related to infrastructure planning and delivery.
- A valid driver’s license (assistance for individuals with disabilities may be provided).
- Strong knowledge of national and provincial policies, legislation, and best practices related to public finance management and infrastructure development.
- Excellent project management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
