What You’ll Do

  • Provide professional human resource management services, including conditions of service and employee benefits.
  • Manage HR provisioning processes such as recruitment, selection, and appointment of staff.
  • Address HR management inquiries to ensure compliance with administration policies.
  • Prepare and consolidate reports related to personnel administration.
  • Contribute to the development and amendment of human resource policies.
  • Conduct HR audits and manage the implementation of audit action plans.
  • Guide and advise departmental staff on HR matters to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Oversee performance management and facilitate training interventions for staff.

What You’ll Need

  • Matric plus a tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field at NQF Level 6.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
  • Relevant PERSAL certificates are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate tactfully.
  • Proficiency in computer, numeracy, and literacy skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the PERSAL System and HR management legislation.
