What You’ll Do
- Implement and monitor human resource policies and procedures.
- Ensure that employees are informed about new developments in human resource management.
- Oversee the processing of service terminations and pension claims.
- Maintain a database for submitted pension cases and follow up on outstanding claims.
- Conduct workshops on service benefits and performance management.
- Approve leave transactions and ensure compliance with policies.
- Coordinate training and development activities for employees.
- Monitor recruitment processes and ensure adherence to employment equity targets.
- Verify and process performance management documentation.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 Certificate and a National Diploma in Human Resource Management, Labour Relations, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a human resource management environment.
- Knowledge of PERSAL and relevant human resource legislation.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and report writing.
