What You’ll Do
- Implement Human Resource Management directives, policies, strategies, and plans.
- Coordinate the Employee Performance Management Development System, along with Training and Development initiatives.
- Oversee the implementation of conditions of service, recruitment, selection processes, and labour relations.
- Manage employee wellness programmes to promote a healthy work environment.
- Administer human, financial, and other resources effectively.
- Undertake additional tasks as directed by management.
What You’ll Need
- Grade 12 qualification.
- A National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (NQF 6/7) in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology.
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in human resource management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- A valid driver’s license and computer literacy.
- Strong presentation, planning, organizing, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of public service legislative frameworks, including PFMA and Labour Relations Act.
- Ability to interpret policies and knowledge of the PERSAL system.
- Competencies in administrative policies, human resource practices, capacity building, and project management skills.
