What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and manage Human Resource Operations Planning and Controls effectively.
  • Facilitate and oversee Human Resource Audits and reconciliations.
  • Collect and maintain data pertinent to Employment Equity (EE) initiatives.
  • Manage the PERSAL establishment within the Compensation Fund.
  • Oversee the management of HR Records and resources in the Sub-directorate.

What You’ll Need

  • An undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) in Human Resource Management or Personnel Management recognized by SAQA.
  • A PERSAL certificate in Establishment.
  • A minimum of 4 years’ functional experience in Human Resource Administration, with at least 2 years at a supervisory level.
  • Solid knowledge of HR Management methodologies, principles, and strategies, as well as relevant legislation.
  • Strong skills in conflict management, coaching, mentoring, and project management.

Requirements

Undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) as recognized by SAQA in Human Resource Management/Personnel Management.

PERSAL certificate in Establishment.

4 years’ functional experience in Human Resource Administration (Employment Equity, Management of Establishment and HR Planning).

2 years at a supervisory level.

Knowledge: Human Resource Management Methodology, Principles and Strategies.
