What You’ll Do
- Manage daily operations of the LOGIS system, ensuring seamless functionality and user support
- Investigate user requests and provide effective solutions for system-related queries
- Log departmental requests with the National Treasury and escalate unresolved issues to management
- Monitor and update classifications and reporting categories to align with financial reporting standards
- Maintain a knowledge base of FAQs and track unresolved issues for follow-up
- Assist with the implementation and support of regional LOGIS stores
- Facilitate training for system users to ensure proper understanding and usage of LOGIS
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to assist in monitoring financial objectives
What You’ll Need
- National Diploma in Accounting, Financial Management, Information Systems, or a relevant NQF level 6 qualification
- A minimum of three years’ experience in a Financial Systems environment
- In-depth understanding of LOGIS systems and Basic Accounting Principles
- Familiarity with the PFMA and Treasury Regulations
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct financial analysis
- Excellent communication skills and advanced computer proficiency
- Planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities
