About the Opportunity
The Clicks Group invites unemployed South African graduates to apply for the UPD Graduate Programme. This 12-month W&R SETA Graduate Programme is designed for graduates who have completed relevant diplomas or degrees and are eager to gain practical experience in Operations and Administration. Successful candidates will be placed at the UPD branches in Lea Glen and Rand Leases, Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities
Participants will engage in various business areas, including Operations and Supply Chain, Infrastructure, Finance, Human Resources, Learning and Development, Training, Key Account Management, Warehouse Management, and Logistics. You’ll gain exposure to warehouse operations, inventory management, supply chain processes, logistics and distribution, financial administration, human resources, training coordination, infrastructure projects, customer-account support, sales administration, business reporting, and office administration.
Requirements/Qualifications
– Completed Grade 12 or Matric.
– Aged between 18 and 35 years.
– Completed a relevant diploma or degree.
– Unemployed with no prior work experience.
– Available for the full 12-month programme.
– Willing to work at Johannesburg branches.
– Relevant qualifications for specific roles in Operations, Finance, Logistics, HR, Learning and Development, Infrastructure, and Key Account Management.
