What You’ll Do

• Monitor compliance with financial prescripts and support policy coordination and internal controls.
• Manage the Hospital Facility Board and its administration.
• Ensure effective supply chain management processes in line with the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA).
• Oversee procurement, demand management, contract management, and inventory control functions.
• Handle BAS/LOGIS payments and Mini Contracts.
• Implement controls for audit compliance and good governance.
• Coordinate year-end financial closures and prepare files for auditing purposes.
• Manage human resources, including planning, recruitment, training, and team development.

What You’ll Need

• A minimum of a three-year National Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in Public Financial Management and Supply Chain Management.
• Proficiency in BAS, LOGIS, Vulindlela, and ePS systems.
• Strong financial management and supervisory experience.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of financial prescripts applicable to the public health sector, including the PMFA and Treasury Regulations.
• Exceptional managerial and leadership skills, with a focus on teamwork and communication.
