What You’ll Do

  • Manage the provision of examination services, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Oversee the training and support of invigilators, markers, and data capturers.
  • Establish and manage the irregularity committee to address any exam-related issues.
  • Control the issuance of certificates and ensure proper administration within the examination unit.
  • Manage human, financial, and other resources effectively to ensure the unit’s success.

What You’ll Need

  • Matric or NCV Level 4 along with a recognized M+3 years Degree or National Diploma in Education or a related qualification.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Education/Teaching and Learning Environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of the White Paper on PSET Act and the Public TVET sector’s regulatory framework.
  • Understanding of the Higher Education sector and associated systems such as COLTECH, TVETMIS, and ITS.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
