What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate and monitor the administration of contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Control and assess variations to existing contracts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring ethical interactions and effective communication.
  • Confirm contract invoices and monitor the delivery of goods/services for compliance with agreements.
  • Organize performance management meetings with service providers and assess reports from Project Managers.
  • Supervise and manage the performance of team members to ensure effective service delivery.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 06) in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Financial Management, or a related field.
  • At least three years of relevant experience in Public Sector Contract Management.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong people management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and understanding of relevant legislation and policies.
